Lilac City Harvest is a seven-acre hidden gem tucked behind a vibrant Spokane Valley neighborhoodproviding easy access to the freewayas well as solitude and privacy from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Husband and wife team Adam and Emily Powell have been growing organically since 2016. They enjoy focusing on salad crops including lettucesroot veggiesand herbsseasonal favorites like sugar snap peas and green beansand squashpantry staples like carrotspotatoesonionsand garlicpepperstomatoesand cucumbers are grown in their hoop house. You can find them at their farm storeand farmer’s markets beginning in the late spring. Announcements for the Summer CSA program signups will be posted on their social media in the early Spring.
